So…no 30th game I guess, unless its a late-add.
3 games in 4 days, then out to Oregon.
That is going to be tough.
Wow, 13 home games 16 road games… I now see why they were selling season tickets for 49 dollars. Really no quality opponent in Halton! The haters can start hating now.
49 dollar season tix have been available for some time now, but yes, not really a big “name” team in halton OOC this year

I’m not an expert on this, but I know they did the last two, before that it was 170 a pop for priority 2.
The $49 ticket was only available for first year alumni, then extended to first-time alumni buyers regardless of graduation date (ie 3-4 years out) and now there is a $49 ticket available to anyone…at least that is my understanding.
All season tickets would include TENN tickets at Time Warner.
We very much need a name opponent or two in non conf for next year.
As far as schedule strength - we have a mettle testing opening, and if we fall flat on our faces, we’re going to need some patsies to lick our wounds with.
I think we’re going to appreciate the softer schedule at least early. It may hurt some in march, but I definitely wanna avoid an early season losing streak.
First blush predictions?
math fail, recalculating (GPS voice)
9-4
9-4
i’d take it. but honestly, no clue what to predict. so much is still unknown at this point.
8-5
X, Dayton and Richmond are very quality. Other than that, ok.
Anybody know the time of the GM game in Charleston? May not have been announced yet, don’t know.

The road trip to Georgia for 2 games, then to Richmond, and then to New York is going to be a test too.
I see 7-6. I hope I’m wrong, but that’s what I see. Losses to George Mason, 1 other Tourney loss (it’s our M.O.), OSU, ECU, Tennessee, (Mercer or Davidson), and GTech.
Hard to know how other teams are going to be, but the the cynic in me does not see us lighting it up out of the gate. Hopefully we are on a roll by the time we get into conference play, where we open up with two road games.
29-0 Reg. Season.
3-0 in AC.
6-0 in Ncaa.
38-0 total.

I think you just ruined my day because I agree with you. Maybe even 6-7. That’s not gonna get us dancing again.

The cost may keep me from getting a second this year as my son will not be able to attend (noise) and so my wife won’t either. I tried justifying the second ticket for the case that we get a baby sitter, but at $170 that’s a hard sell. Especially when there are only 13 home games.
Darin Spease tweeted we will likely have one more home game in baskeball.
