If we donāt change coordinators in the off season Iām throwing in the towel. William & Mary will hang 40 on this defense next September.
There will be changes on the defensive side of the ball. Even though I was frustrated with the defense I was glad he did not make changes mid-season. I just think that never works. Also hope they allocate more $ to hire better assistants.

Any idea as to the timing of Healy making a defensive coordinater change. He needs to get rid of the present one soon to give the fans some hope for the future

I would also think that coordinator changes needs to be done soon for recruiting reasons.
Just quick observations of some of the coaches that have been hired so far.
Uconn and GA southern hiring retreads. UMASS kind of is too? Hiring their former head coach that left over a decade ago.
NM State is hiring a coach with precious HC experience that was .500 in 5 seasons at a P5 school.
Texas Tech and SMU having to both hire coaches with no head coaching experience, but P5 assistants.
UF and TCU are the only two able to hire proven head coaches (and after doing a few minutes of research on the UF/Napier hire - he had no previous HC experience before going to Louisiana). USC obviously falls in this category as wellā¦but that hire almost deserves its own tier.
Iād call Doug Mallory to see how much he would cost to be our new Defensive Coordinator.
