-Inability to recruit and develop players
-Over reliance on transfers
-Questionable staffing choices
-Out-coached in games by seasoned coaching staffs
Even if we pull out this W, the program is going in the wrong direction. Healy has brought a lot of positives to this program and has been a great ambassador. However, the bad outweigh the good.
Seriously this. If you want to believe that NIL will kill our chances to compete against the ohios states thatās fine. But this is a freaking fcs team that we have the finances to outcompete. So donāt try using that excuse here. Odu is doing just fine hanging in there with VTech. All this game shows is that healy still canāt figure out defensive issues and he needs to fix that issue fast if he want to continue to be an fbs coach in the future.

This game is seriously in doubt here. We aināt playing William the Conqueror. Out played, out coached, and I think I saw us lose a sideline dance off competition

Question for others watchingā¦
Is it just me, or does almost every commercial cut to a black screen before it ends?
Are there tons of weird cuts and jumps in general?
The latter I think is just horribly inexperienced production staff. The former - I donāt know if thatās actually happening or if itās something wrong with my setup. Whatever it is, itās extremely annoying.
Iām laughing right now. Xavier should have been ahead of foster to begin with. But the only reason heās in is because foster is hurt. And itās not just Xavier. There have been other kids told that a 4 star deserves more reps & opportunities than a no star. Go Xavier

I just arrived in Carolina Beachā¦did not listen any on the way downā¦and wellā¦canāt say Iām surprised. Iām sure itās been a sad story.
I am so Fāing over this coaching staff. Iām literally getting drunk so that I will stay here: I donāt care what the final score is, the fact that we are tied in the 3rd and hoping for a miracle means the entire crew gots to go. I donāt give a damn about a backup QB, this is still a damn FCS team. This is a damn embarrassment and Iām ashamed to be a Niner right now. So we have now become a team that is great full to be able to play. Both sides are just not there and the only fix is to just start over

FIU pulled it out in OT last night after falling behind 16-0 at home vs FCS Bryant. Same tonight for the Niners?
Pros - the students absolutely showed up.
Cons - everything else- full stop

Bad play calling period. Why do you throw with 3rd and inches when you had started moving the ball effectively on the ground. I just donāt know what to say, but Iām just done with this coaching staff. Iām actually ok with firing the entire staff now and start over. Whatās the worse that could happen, we lose all of our games versus winning no more then one.
This W&M team isnāt as good as they are showing on the field. Itās just hard to be bad when you are playing a worse team
