Nope. Seems that my comment hit a nerve though.
It seems I always been critical of our defense going on 20+ years. I canāt remember a game as aggressive as last night. Offense takes skilled players , but as one of my old coaches use to say defense is sheer hustle and can be taught. Kudos to Fearne for a great job.

I was out of town and unable to make the gameā¦which was fine because I honestly wasnāt expecting much. I knew FAU was vulnerable, theyāve lost a couple of head-scratchers alreadyā¦but damn!! GREAT WIN by the Niners!!!
Key for me now is Wednesdayā¦if weāre good, we beat Tulsa and show weāre the better team doing itā¦a 6-10 point win for example. If we lose, FAU is just one game that we won but maybe it was because FAU isnāt what everyone thinks thay are. I really donāt know. As Fearne said, this is a work in progress, and if thatās true, a step back against Tulsa is clearly the wrong direction. Just my two cents. I wonāt get to high after the win, and wonāt fall too lowā¦

Also, Tulsa has yet to win a true road game.

This is still going on. The FAU fans think that the Refs stole the game from themā¦the entire 2nd half.
Clearly whoever feels the refs āgave the game to usā didnāt see the muggings going on the first 10 minutes of the second half. The refs let our guys get abused and then called touch fouls on the FAU side. Foul differential was 7-1 to start the second half

Iād invite those a holes to rewind the game on Plus. Much better camera angle than that clip. Definite foul. Also, check out the 2 shot foul awarded on a very late whistle to FAU when our guy never came within 6 inches of the shooter early in the second half.
Poor losers.

They got every call/no call for the first 39 minutes and 45 seconds. You would have thought their jersey said āFloridaā or āFSUā not FAU.
