From what I understand, Memphis leading scorer and rebounder David Jones (21.8 ppg, 7.6 rpg, 2.2 spg) filed for the NBA Draft but didn’t enter the portal. He was the only AAC player invited to the NBA Combine, which begins Sunday. Read that Hardaway expects him back - unless, of course, Jones blows up while in Chicago next week! If he does return, will be the prohibitive favorite for conference POY.
