As a reminder, the reason the NIT is setting aside spots only for ACC and SEC teams is because the Big East, Big Ten, and Big XII have opted to participate in the newly created FOX postseason event in Las Vegas.
Big day in 2025 recruiting as Duke, Georgia, Michigan State, and Ohio State all get commitments.
As far as the Niners, maybe some day!

Not aware Niners were involved. Also had St. Bonaventure as a finalist so maybe looking for colder climes! Of course, a reminder that local hoopster and one time Niner target Sadiq White also headed to Syracuse.

Thatās interesting. Does the athletic director want wins or losses at Coastal?
Definitely Ws. Last season MBB won 9 and WBB 12. Former picked 13th in SBC; latter 9th. Basically nowhere to go but up. Getting to 35 would be quite an accomplishment.

I will forever wonder if he would have stayed if heād had a real coach here.

C Jackson
F Millicic
F Williams
G Patterson
G Graves
(Or anybody we recruited that was good enough to beat any of them out)
Call me crazy, but with Fearne as H.C., and the roster depth we would probably have, thatās a top 25 team.
