2024-25 College Basketball 🏀

Lots of body contact fouls on drives to the basket were “not” called late in the game that “were” called early on. That has to frustrate players.

My pick is UF to beat Houston. SEC schools are used to playing a more rugged style. ACC schools are more country club.

Houston looks outmatched against these big teams, but they are relentless. I thought when the brackets were announced that Florida would win it all, but Houston might just will a championship.

I picked Houston to beat Duke because of the reasons you mentioned but UFs backcourt and the fact they are battle tested will be the difference imho

Hurts watching Bruce Williams playing for Nebraska and the announcers acting like he has always been a Husker.

Tie game at half. Brice has 15. He is carrying Nebraska

I can remember when a Williams vs Ivy-Curry matchup took place in C-USA.

More apt analogy would be Fox News. Literally.

Crazy game. Surprised UCF made it this far after their best player decided to portal to Auburn instead of hanging around for the CBC.

Kudos to Brice for setting the UNL single season scoring record!

I’m thinking that of all the unforgivable sins of our program in the past 20 years letting Brice Williams walk on us might have been the biggest one. He was a legacy of our leading score of all time. How do you let him go?

And don’t blame NIL. While I’m sure he got paid at Nebraska, we all know the real reason he left is because Sanchez ran him off - Ron didn’t think he was good enough to start. Idiot.

Brice wanted a change of scenery after 4 years and a degree in the QC. Don’t blame him for wanting to see how he would stack up in a power conference, even if it ended up being Nebraska. First team Big Ten validates his decision.

Never doubted he could play. That wasn’t my point.
