Not sure if we should read too much into the 8 games vs FCS schools. Now the beat down Rice received at home to a Sam Houston team in just its second year of FBS play and finished 3-9 in 2023 is eye opening.

On the CFB playoffs G5 spot, Vegas (unlv) & Boise looked good as well.

Big game next week Kansas St @ Tulane.

Boise struggled with Ga Southern. They put up a lot points but they gave up a ton too and were trailing.

Don’t know if BSU got complacent after running out to a 28-9 lead but definitely needed the record setting day from their RB Ashton Jeanty to come away with the win.
