Discipline is not this staffs strong suit so I think this came down higher from the top especially
with the product we have seen so far and our fans turn out.
I thought Biffβs response was excellent. I am also sure Biff was told by higher-ups (likely Mike Hill) to handle it.

Not so Fun fact: Through 5 games, it looks like we have had a lead for a total of 15 minutes and 54 seconds with 7 minutes and 20 seconds being in the 2nd quarter of the JMU game. Led for the last 2:52 of the GW game and the last 0:47 of the Rice game.

Why is it we seem to pick things up after a QB change in a game? It was last year too right? It feels like a trend for us to me at least.
Is it that we are making the scheme too complicated? When we have to switch, we go more basic because that qb didnβt get the reps during the week?

Hopefully we see Max Brown this week. They said heβs practicing and it will be a game day decision.

I take the other side of the coin. Teams scout us easily on our starters and gameplan because of schemes. When the new QB comes in it is usually a different dynamic they bring in and we click because of the change of gameplan. Have you noticed the new QB is allowed to run plays we did not see in the 1st half of our starter that was replaced. Give any D1 D coordinator a week and they will shut down our offensive scheme.
