We went to see Fisher in Greensboro tonight. Unfortunately he’s likely shut down for the rest of the season. He took a 95 mph fastball to the ribs and had to go to the hospital a few games back. It was a pretty serious injury but he seems ok now and is recovering.

It looks like Furman is ‘The Player to be Named Later’ and is heading to the Giants.

Jake Cunningham and David McCabe both headed to the Arizona Fall League.

Jake Cunningham will be with the Surprise Saguaros. MCCabe will be with the Peoria Javelinas. They report next week!
Furman will also be out in AZ at the Giants facility working his way back from injury.

Jake is starting to find his way. Nice write up picking him as the O’s one to watch outside their top 30. The home run he hit yesterday measured 461 feet! Only 5 balls across all of professional bball were hit further, and 3 of those were by Judge. If he can just pick up his average, we might start to hear his name mentioned more.

McKeithan got selected by the Pirates in the minor league portion of the Rule 5 Draft.
He’s been working out at 1B some this offseason to be a little more valuable. Hoping this is a good move for him. His older brother works as a hitting instructor in the Pirates organization.
