Bad calls doomed us but it never should have come to that. I appreciate the talent Fearne got here but with that talent you canāt lose to an inferior Davidson at home and to a much inferior App anywhere. And almost lose to a weak Tenn Tech.

Iām done. Tapping out. This is the last straw for me. I got no more emotion to give. Canāt do it anymore. No excuses for losing this game.

I think we may be looking for a new coach soon. That felt like a nail in the coffin. Obviously plenty of time to turn it around but that was not a good App team

We have raw ability, but we make some stupid plays.
Seems like they donāt really play with urgency when needed.
Got to figure out how to use our big men. We are not getting the ball inside enough.

This, 49erccā¦ā¦Fearne actually uses too many guys. Also, we should literally be getting it inside to Bonke much more on passes or driving and dishing if they cut off the dribble. Also, against a team as crappy as App, we should have just played mostly zone defense and forced them the shoot from outside. They got way too much dribble penetration against our m2m defense.
Calls or no calls, App had no business being in this game with us. This was about nutting up and having pride. They had leaders and pride we have more NIL. I will never give a dime to that shit. I am so done right now. I can take 1-11 football over this.

A lot of basketball left of course but obviously with a new AD coming, Fearne better figure it out or heās gone.
Blaming refs is loser mentality. That was bad. Hate it turned the game on thinking it may be an enjoyable game to watch.

He is playing too many players, it is clear whom needs to be playing! and he needs to adapt his style of play to our advantage in the frontcourt and in the paint! He needs to adapt quicklyā¦.
App was much better than i expected, good players & played as a team. We actually played well, just need to figure out how to Win.

Way too much time for Elliott and probably for Butler as well, but atleast Butler rebounds. He only played Freeman 19 minutes. I know he shot 1-7, but it seemed that Fearne was taking him in or out of the lineup every 3 or 4 minutes. I also hate how he takes Bonke out consistently after the first 4-5 minutes of each game and we consistently fall off when he does.
Fearne said it postgame too much one and one and not moving the ball around. I just donāt think the players want to run his crappy old fashioned whatever style slow passing the ball on circles offense.
Itās boring to watch and has to be frustrating to play from the players perspective.
and the defense. Why do we have to run the center ragged chasing guards and then getting back down low to protect the basket. Wears him down. Bonke is an impact player who can protect the rim and control the boards.

Thats alarming to me if Fearne said too much 1 on 1ā¦..hell, thatās when we got the best results, like Bradford driving. We pased it around way too much, imo.

Too much one on one is because our backcourt guys know they are about to come out of the game! So trying to make something happen.
Best offensive play of the game was UCLA high low Butler to Bonke!, put that play in the rotation.
Running the center at guards then back low is right out of Sanchez D. I have always worried about that tiring our center.
