Students would revolt and never want to tailgate again if some random musician and a bunch of alumni start performing there.
I remember for the first tailgate, when they did announcements on that stage, it kind of pissed all of us off. Suddenly you canât play games or talk to the guy next to you because theyâre blasting sounds
Both Chris Lane and Austin McNeil are very good performers. They are not random alumni. Go see them you might enjoy it. There will be lots of people there listening to some really good music.
Not to mention the possibility of lightning. 
I miswrote, I meant random alumni and a performance. The kids canât really go crazy when there are older adults present, then the performance would kind of kill the whole vibe.
I think more people would dislike it than appreciate it at the student tailgate.
Good. As an old codger, I canât think of a place Iâd rather not be at, than this student tailgate. At my age, teen spirit stinks. And another thing, get off my damn lawn!! 
Hopefully weâll get another flyover, and this time, hopefully it wonât be 45 seconds AFTER the end of the National Anthem.
Me and @MEGRNiner are now going to start walking through the student tailgate for the hell of it.

Sadly, timing of 5-9:00 is not rolling in and out. Itâs downright ass dragging night ruining the biggest game ever on our campus. 
Some of our biggest wins have come with rain involved. I say bring it on.
