College sports are over outside of the P2.
In overall numbers, about a third of all FBS players transferred in the most recent cycle, though it drops to under 20% when counting only those on scholarship. Of course, those percentages vary widely among individual programs.
Just curious - how were any of those P4s “forced” to play a G6 as the visiting team?
A lot of schools seem to be cancelling or closing their spring game.
Seems like Midnight Madness before it, it’s dying out as a thing.

College sports are a complete mess right now.
I wonder if they will survive this era. Very worried about younger fans not only checking out but never bothering to engage.

I never really enjoy the spring game. It’s just something to do. Feels like an obligation in a way.
clt says the spring game is important to keep up tailgate skills
To me a spring game is nothing more than a glorified practice in full uniforms. Doesn’t mean anything other than letting the fans watch a modified practice
We went to the Spring game last year. Most boring thing I’ve ever done.
