Until Fearne gets an extension, or we hire another coach, it will be next to impossible to get a HS kid inked.

Yep. Hopefully by January we (meaning Mike) know if fearne will be a keeper or not so we can quietly start putting feelers out there to line up coaching interviews, or get an extension for fearne done so the coaching uncertainty doesn’t linger for weeks past the seasons conclusion.

It is a tough situation for Fearne. New wrinkles on system and having to prove himself before conference play is a tall order. The hard part is I really think Fearne can coach ( x & o) but recruiting is the name of the game in this league. If he can coach this group up and gets hired full time I hope that Hill will spend some money on getting a top notch recruiter for him for HS, International and portal.
