Why would it be unexpected that someone looking for playing time is hitting the portal? That’s actually a positive aspect to this era.

Portal is killing college athletics. Changing out half to almost complete teams every year is terrible.
I get it from the athletes perspective. Doesn’t work from a fan perspective.
