I’m glad we picked up plenty of catcher depth as draft insurance. I knew there was a chance Poteet would go, but I never know what to expect with the draft.
We will probably give Gunderson a shot. He came in as a catcher and did fine last year in Poteet’s absence. Stricklin from Auburn will likely get a shot to compete as well. There are probably also some options in the portal still if we need to go there. It feels like we are in good shape right now.
