I missed a few plays, as soon as I looked again, we had two zero gains and a blocked kick.

I think I know what the problem is.

I knew after that 1st down and timeout we would play it safe and go for the field goal. Play to win or don’t play.

Two QB runs back to back into one of the best D lines in the country in the red zone. Why? Why?

No doubt this is a rather talented team. But even against such a good squad, it’s the basic things again already. Simple blocks and some tackles make a massive difference

Those were naked bootlegs, motion left, and gonzales alone on the right. Unfortunately, Miss State didn’t over-pursue. I thought the second one was a called pass, but Gonzales thought he saw an opening, but it closed very, very quickly.

Man our play calling is awful. Who do we think we are running it up the middle on Ole Miss when we wouldn’t do it consistently against The Citadel. Gonzales is spinning the rock right now, let’s ride it. But we won’t

Do we only run our backs up the middle? We are down 14. Let’s open it up a little. We already know how to lose. Let’s learn something different.
