Not sure about those rankings, but until it is proven otherwise, Tulane has been in the last four AAC championship games for a reason, with what played out to be dominant line play, defense and really good skill players. Lets see if that continues, but it looks like it could.
UTSA should be strong as well. They beat Tulane badly last year.

That stat is bad but how many of the top players from the P4 conferences transferred? My guess is the numbers from the Big 12 and ACC are also high.

According to this, 43% for both ACC and Big 12. Of course, most notable transfer in the former was from one ACC school to another.
