I am always thinking âwhat do they practice in the off-season?â They look so sloppy and donât do anything well. End of the game, we are botching snaps and canât get off simple plays.
We looked small compared to Memphis and we were terrible wrapping up the runners. I question everything including our strength and conditioning.
Donât know if I make the Tulane game. Shakes headâŚ
I agree about Brewster 100%!I. We need someone that and recruit and sale our school!
He knows how to bring in the players!
If this staff remains going forward the stands will be empty. They have lost the team. Iâm sick of this. JeezâŚ
clt says pick our next HC

Would I embrace an effective move down a level if the P4 split off, yes.
But moving down the FCS no way. Not unless all G6 have to move down.
The other G6 schools are our peers. Just because we have had little success doesnât mean we donât belong at the same level as those schools.
We will never be P4 or whatever they decide to call themselves. We will get it together sooner or later. What is the saying: âthat which doesnât kill you makes you strongerâ. I still love my school, tailgating, and college football. Go Niners!
Amato
Kinda wish we had found a way to get this guy:
We probably still could get him if we make a move.
If I was in charge of this program, I would schedule a call with Lambert, Healy, Biff and Albin and have an open and honest discussion about why itâs so hard here, that is if they were willing to do that
football at UNC Charlotte has been an unmitigated disaster. Even other terrible programs have consistently outperformed us. There absolutely must be free or cheap things we can do to aid the program that are simply not happening. A quick glance at the budget tells you that shouldnât be the issue, but the allocation of that budget very well may be.
As i look at the top of the American standings I see teams that all hired coaches during the same hiring cycle that we hired Albin or after. I am looking at overall records not just early conference. I see FAU, Temple, North Texas, UAB and then look at us. What do these schools have or do that we donât? The donât have more fans despite what the attendance shows. Just watch their games. They donât seem to have more money. The answer is somewhere in there. These teams may not be world beaters but they play with heart, pride and are competitive. I saw none of that yesterday from many of our players as i sat in the rain.
It is simple our troubles. Terrible leadership with Judy and Hill.
Soooooo ridiculous to keep bringing Judy into this.
No it isnât. Her lack of vision set this university behind and the effects are still being felt
BS. I fondly remember her years. We won. Soccer played for a Natty, golf finished 3rd in the nation, I kinda remember the winningest hoops coach was under her tenure. BUT, never let the truth ruin a good argumentâŚ
Wow. A judy defender. So 3 good things under her tenure. Did she force that winniest coach out?(a decision i actually defender, btw). Did she allocate equal resources for all sports instead of prioritizing the 2 important ones? Did the big east commissioner warn her that weâd be left out in the cold during realignment? Was she prepared, or was she, the AD, shocked to hear that? Did she hire Alan major and Mark price? Did she increase our donor base? I could go on. But, youâre right, golf was doing well, so she was a good AD
Nope, she wasnât perfect and I disagreed with plenty she did but sheâs been gone a while. Move along. Things arenât better now and no matter how much you try to diminish her some good things happened as well.
Hell, I could actually make a case that she was right all along and we never shoulda started this shit show we call a football program.
