The schedule says 3pm, but Marshall is playing Jacksonville now. ESPN says our game against Boston is at 6:10

I thought our pitchers had a hard time finding the strike zone in the first game. Thank goodness we have the firepower to outscore a lot of teams. Jones pitching well in the second game against Marshall.

Niners get away with blowing a huge lead to Jacksonville in the 7th by walking it off. Definitely some very questionable decisions with our pitching strategy

Ladies win a ugly game in a walk off run in 7th inning over Jacksonville 9–8. Out hit 14-9 and scored 7 runs in 1st inning to barely survive game
I thought the second Jacksonville pitcher was pretty good until we finally broke through in the last inning. Our pitching is still inconsistent.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why Savanna Nguyen squares to bunt after getting two strikes and then she swings away. She does it every time on a 2 strike count. In my opinion this puts her at a disadvantage of not being completely ready to take a good swing. If I was coaching she would have the bat back ready to take a good swing unless she was actually bunting. What do you guys think?

Yes, you say “Great”. A Montana Fouts or Karlyn Pickens is not coming to Charlotte for now. A Jenna Lord and Baily Vannoy have. Big difference between great, good and weak. No team has won with zero runs. We have won given up 13 runs in a game this year. Bombs away!
If we play against great pitching, we lose. If we play against very good pitching, we probably lose. Win and advance decently in the NCAA tournament we need a great pitcher. That’s the way it is.
