Played at Cincy last year.
Another former Niner target who was a DNP this season due to injury. From Asheville and graduated in December. 6-10 F averaged 6.4 ppg and 4.5 rpg in 2024-25.
Really appreciate Andrew doing this but for clarification, right now D1 players are just announcing their intention to enter the portal.
Not sure how I missed this one until reading about it today. Anyway, as a reminder, Blums picked the Cats over us back in 2024. Really made a jump offensively from freshman to sophomore season. Currently #19 per On3âs top Transfer Portal players.
Itâs good to see the portal getting some corporate sponsorship ![]()

This is absurd. There are only 365 D1 teams. That is over 8 players per team.
I know there is still a lot of time, but I am surprised we have only one player noting they were planning on transferring.
Includes both D1 and D2 players.
Doesnât really matter. Theyâre almost all jockeying for D1 spots.
Reading that last year over 25% of D1 players in the portal transferred to a D2 program.
Flames leading scorer and assist man was a DNP vs Niners back on Dec 21st due to an injury. From Augusta, GA.
Looking like Mack will have a total rebuild.
Yep, Sycamores werenât good. Ex-Niner Sterling Young did finish as teamâs 3rd leading scorer with 10 ppg.
Checked Andrew Schaefferâs transfer portal database and currently only 2 Sycamores are on the spreadsheet. One is listed as a grad student per the ISU athletics website, so must be seeking a waiver to play another year after seeing action in only 4 games this season. Get the impression that this might be a case of the AD and HC âcleaning houseâ after ISU finished 11-21 overall (9-21 vs D1) and 4-14 in the Missouri Valley - one game ahead of last place Evansville in the 11 team league
Grad transfer so didnât have to wait until Tuesday.
2025 Niner target who played at Davidson Day. Saw minimal action for the Heels.
