I feel like they’ve probably lost a lot of the traditional true fans of certain programs and gained a lot of sports gambling junkies who are only watching to see how much they win or lose.

I saw Nick Dorn play for Elon against UNC-CH in November 2024. He is an athletic and skilled shooter.
He should have gone to a better program than Elon out of high school.
I bet he received a big payday at Indiana.

For whatever reason(s), Nick Dorn was overlooked while in high school, including by us even though it’s just a 2.5 mile trek from campus to Chambers HS. D1 Elon, NC A&T, and The Citadel plus D2 Mars Hill and Winston-Salem State were his only Carolinas suitors.
