Actually had a conventional experience playing hoops in Illinois that included being named all conference and all state in HS. Don’t know if he was a top level rower like Bonke. 
Traditional basketball path. Less athletic than Bonke to my eye.
If Bonke had his path he would have been in D1 the entire time.

Can understand why Temple and fellow Big 5 school St. Joe’s are interested after watching him go for 16 pts + 5 asts vs Owls and 12 pts + 3 asts vs Hawks this season. Both were hit hard by portalers.
His dad was one of those guys who wasn’t very highly rated but worked his ass off as a Niner. Always enjoyed watching him play.

Looks like Memphis is also making Tounkara a priority.
Tounkara signing would give me a lot of confirmation that we are back in the game fora first time in a long while.

Yes, going to be Fordham’s lead guard. Plus 180 miles from his Massachusetts home, so easier for his family to watch him play.

Good addition. Great size, super athletic. Good defender. Had some good games as a RS freshman but needs to develop offensively
