There might be a traffic jam upstairs at Halton Friday night. The Basketball pregame meal/social typically commences 90 minutes prior to the game. This is EXACTLY when the Baseball 1st Pitch fundraiser begins (presumably) at the same location…… unless one of these events is moved to another location.

So, I presume ithe 1st Pitch event is somewhere up on the 3rd floor of the Popp Martin Student Union and not the Barnhardt Student Activity Center (aka Halton Arena to us old farts)
Traditionally held in the Salons of the Barnhardt Student Activities Center, this year’s First Pitch Dinner will transition to a larger space on the third floor of the Popp-Martin Student Union. The VIP reception will begin at 5:00 p.m., with event check-in and the silent auction starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by the start of the program and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Anyone get an attendance number ?
I think someone said 250 last night. Great event at Student Union. Great seeing Coach Hibbs. Big fan of Joseph Taylor after his speech last night. Seems like a great kid and hard worker.

Thats good and bad !
Love the idea of students being there, but that’ll move the visitors fans closer to ours and I see a huge problem there next time the Easterners are in town!
