Anyone remember our most recent freshman or even sophomore that was a top 7 player for us on the team? I’m too lazy to look. Future recruiting just seems like a waste at this point. I guess you just do it then come time, you make your NIL offer and see what happens.
Most recent sophomores would be Bradford and Conyers this past season and Graves in 2023-24. Freshman would be Khalifa - 2022 C-USA FOY.

Plus frosh Eyenga and Villar were intregal parts of the rotation this past season and Gomez probably would have been as well if not for injuries, which also limited Eyenga to 24 games.
When looking back, 2024-25 really the only season since NIL became official that underclassmen didn’t make a significant contribution.
