49er MBB Players Leaving/Returning

At this point, the scenario that would please me would be for Kimble to be hired at Miami and then Jamir goes pro overseas. This would punish rather than reward the practice of hiring coaches to poach a specific player. Don’t think he is going to the NBA this draft, but that would be good, too.

If JY gets the same deal as Pack, why would he need to go overseas?

More than a one year deal

I say Mir just says f*** it and comes back to CLT !

Is there enough room for Jahmir at Miami? They have Wong, Miller and now Pack.

From what I read, Canes still have one scholarship available and perhaps two depending on what Wong decides to do.

Any transfer IN rankings??:rofl::rofl:…. Instead of transfer out

Miami is not the right place for Jahmir. Hope he realizes that

Not sure if there’s going to be room for anyone else at UM unless Wong stays in the draft:

But if Jamir lands there, they told him he would have the ball in his hands.

Some coaches will say anything to get a recruit, Jamir needs to be wise in his decision

I now know more about Canes MBB with JY considering a move to Coral Gables. Offense doesn’t revolve around one player. Definitely hit the jackpot in the portal with two top ten transfers already in the fold.

What’s a shame Jamir is leaving. He’s a could be player of the year in conference USA after being runner-up last year. That compared to being just another guard in the fold at a team like Miami

I never saw the vote talley for C-USA POY, so curious as to the numbers.

He gets to play against better competition, which can be a motivation.

We’ll see how it all ends up but I think Young is making a wise choice by transferring.

I’m just real worried about him landing somewhere and not being the guy. I just don’t think being a supplemental player is the way to the pros for him. He needs to be the guy with the ball in his hands and really show off his game. I just think he is missing out on an opportunity to compete for player of the year honors and be higher on scouts radars here.
