49er MBB Players Leaving/Returning

clt says carolina ford is a 49ers sponsor. Lets hand out broncos and raptors

We could probably get them some hot wheels or one of Judy McLeod’s power wheels

JY will definitely face a different level of opposition next season. Willard certainly not following the Patrick Ewing “School of OOC Scheduling” in his first year in College Park:

I wish him well. I also wish he had had the coaching and supporting framework to blossom here!

He did “blossom” here. He became an all conference player.
This will be the fate of 90% of NCAA programs in the future. Your top player(s) being taken by the top 5 conferences due to money and exposure.

Never thought I’d ever stop being a fan or following basketball, but this crappy development in the sport could very well do it for me. Sad and maddening time. Glad I saw the best days before the Great Demise.

Yeah I’m with you. Really not a fan of where this is.

Under current rules no way Cornbread or a Henry or Jarvis or Eddie stay here. The days of watching a player grow and the program grow with them are gone.

Same, it’s pretty much over for us. Even if we find a diamond in the rough he’s gone as soon as the deep pocketed guys find out about him.

I know the counter is we will get guys that are leaving the P5s. I get that but the trade isn’t in our favor. We pick up a guys from P5 that can’t cut it there and are giving up guys that are going to contribute at the P5 level.

I will say if we can get the ball rolling with the charlotte business community we can have an advantage. But absolutely have to win first tk show value.

We already saw this in Football. Not to pick on either guy, but we essentially traded Offensive Tackles with Arkansas a little while back. Who do you think won that trade?

At this point we almost might as well make it pro and have the kids sign contracts that we can trade and get compensation.

Oh well, tailgating in a little over two months! I plan on having a winning season at that

QB prospect turned down $11 million to play for Florida, and took a $9.5 million offer to play at Miami.

Why even play in the NFL?

Also, college sports are officially over.

clt says some players will take pay cuts when they go pro.

Really what the point of eligibility? At this point as long as they are enrolled in school why should they have a limit on how long they can play?

At UNC Cheat you don’t even have to go to class.

Thought this was interesting…

Field of 68 is doing a “Top 25 impact transfers” list, and they’re up to #6, with still no mention of Jahmir…

I don’t expect him to be in the top 5. So essentially, he wasn’t even a top 25 transfer this off-season. I am kind of surprised by that. I would have expected him to be on this list.

Perhaps this speaks to just how deep the transfer pool is if there are that many players better than him changing addresses.

LOL. Perhaps they could wait til after the transfers actally play at their new school for a year before ranking them?

Lists are what they are. Some thought he was a top 25 transfer and some didn’t. Here’s one in which he is #23:
