As I already said, I was not sad to see FAU score against the run of play and defeat FIU. However, that means it is all but imperative for us to win today, whereas a loss to FIU most likely would not have put us out of the NCAA tournament. Such are the vicissitudes of college soccer. You know its a different kind of sport when the likes of Marshall can win a national title and brag about it three years later.

Come on Memphis.
Wouldn’t mind a Niners revenge win over SMU for the Mustangs final AAC match on Sunday.
Will be interesting to see our final RPI, but I feel like that win puts us pretty firmly in the NCAA tournament at 11-3-1.
