Being a Niner fan is impossible.
Now down 0-3 to a shit team playing on a rec league field and broadcasting on CUSA.tv as an AAC member.
I hate being a fan of this program far too often.

Well, that choice of a pic pretty says it all:
Absolute meltdown from the team
Setting ourselves up for a 1st round exit from the AAC tournament and getting bypassed for the NCAA tournament.
Pulling a Niner.
This is inexplicably bad.
There is no excuse for the pitch condition. There is a 365 day a year growing season in south Floriduh.
Bullshit field.
Bullshit broadcast.
Bullshit effort by the Niners.
Every. Damned. Time.
#PullingaNiner @TRLeader
What in the hell just happened?
Totally tanked the entire season in one match.
Unreal.
From 1st to a play in round and we have to travel for every match afterwards.
Fucking ridiculous. And Iβm not excusing my language. Itβs warranted.
This athletics program HATES success. HATES it.
I searched my memory bank and canβt come up with a worse performance since the time Gunn was hired here. The only match comparable that I can think of was a 4-0 drubbing at FIU, but FIU was actually a good team and not like this poor POS team from Boca.
Hopefully, the silver lining is that the boys will be fired up and win the tournament. Even if they do, today assures a lousy NCAA seed and perhaps difficulty even making the second round.
I know we had a player ineligible, but stillβ¦
We arenβt making the NCAA tournament. We will flame out in th AAC tournament and not get an NCAA bid.
Calling it now.
I have still been trying to process how last nightβs game happened and this is the only thing I can come up with:
We made it to the national championship in 2011 and havenβt sniffed it since. Such a shame.
If you want tickets for this Friday, I suggest you call the ticket office and let them order and take your credit card number. For me, at least, ordering through the app or website were both exercises in futility. The website did provide me with a nice link to San Fransico 49er tickets, though.
p.s. Our ticket office did skip the $2 nuisance fee, so that is good.
