Scored one goal in regulation in three matches, but won the tournament. I foresee an even fiercer rivalry with them in future years.

This aspect of soccer is awesome fun for the winners, but it’s also the reason losers get exceptionally depressed, and fringe fans and non fans don’t like the game.

Just looking through the brackets and see that AAC champ ECU lost 6-0 to 3-seed South Carolina in round one.
Anyway, there will be a new champ from the ACC besides Florida State, which had won four of the previous ten College Cups. Not giving ACC credit for the two won by Stanford while still a Pac-12 member.
