I cannot believe I am going to say this, but Iām glad Beasley is not here. Every player would have been in his shadow, and he would have attracted all of the attention.
Sure, the media would have loved the school for a year, but this season with the current group of players has been more fun than I ever could have imagined.

Agreed, I mean it does still burn to think what we could do with him this year, butā¦I love this team too much and really have forgotten about Beasley.

Iāve heard worse. A couple years ago, the University of Oregon had a player who said that when he was being recruited, he didnāt even know Oregon was a state!! Are you fāing serious!? Donāt we all know the 50 states by the time we are in third grade or so??

A girl I met who went to UNC-Asheville didnāt know NC had a coastline. Granted she wasnāt from the state, but it was her second year.
