Up next are FCS teams making the transition to the FBS, if they have at least a 6-6 record. Big winners under that rule: South Alabama, Texas-San Antonio, Texas State and UMass, who are all in the process of reclassifying from FCS to FBS. Suddenly and bizarrely, South Alabamaās Aug. 30 opener against Texas-San Antonio in Mobile carries some potential bowl significance.
Basically, we need more teams to get busted cheating.
Let in 5-7 teams? Thatās BS. There are too many bowls. Itās bad enough to have 6-6, but no 5-7 team should ever make it. If a 5-7 team is Conf. Champ, then your Conf. sucks & shouldnāt get any bids that year.
I did Christmas Eve in Hawaii when the B-Ball was there. Iāll do it again for FB.

I donāt want the Niners first bowl appearance to be off a 5-7 or even a 6-6. Plus you lose money on most bowls because the U would have to buy and resale their allotment of tickets. Letās wait till its earned.
No and not in year two either. Too many DII and DIII teams on our schedule to qualify. Plus once we announced the FBS move in 2015, 2013 and 14 became transistion years where we wouldnāt have qualified for the FCS playoff anyway.
