One thing I noticed is that he contradicts the assertion by some Saint Louis fans that Majerus requested and the A-10 granted SLU a partner pod of Dayton, Duquesne, and Xavier. Anyway, Chris feels that the Niners have drawn the toughest assignments for 2010-11.

Good little article. I LOVE that we have the toughest ‘pod’ as it will really test us during the regular season and hopefully buoy our RPI if we are somewhere near the bubble come march. IMO I’d rather be in our shoes than Rhody who has to play the RPI anchors twice (which will probably put them in the NIT this year…AGAIN!). PLEASE LET IT BE NOVEMBER!
