The longer this overheated economy rips the worse the crash will be.
Was anyone aware that a road course is being built next to the speedway?
Also on the Harrisburg project map it shows a UTV course next to the road course. It appears that has not been started yet.

clt says F1 track in Charlotte!
Thatβs awesome. Would love to get a motorcycle circuit stopping here.
Lots of things in the works for the backstretch as well.
Not necessarily opposed
No where as good as QT.
Not even close.
Iβve wondered if there is an offical way to measure this? It seems to me if you stay in the same region itβs a wash. One would have to sell in a hot territory, then buy in a less hot territory to actually take advantage.
Of course if youβre downsizing thatβs different.
Interesting. I would have never guessed that more people are moving here from Seattle or Miami than from Ohio.
In my little world it seems I meet as many people from Ohio and Virginia as NY. Could be the result of comparing a city (Seattle) vs an entire state (Ohio).
Having just returned from Seattle - holy hell. Their downtown near Pikes is as drug infested as possible. I can understand the relocation desire.
On University City Blvd in the Town Center Plaza (Harris-Teeter etc) shopping center:
I Travel and work throughout the state a lot. IMO, I think some of the NC cities are ranked to high.
Greenville, SC is definitely the hot spot now. People from Charlotte are actually moving there hoping to get away from some of the big-city problems.
Greensboro and Fayetteville listed to high IMO.
Asheville, great place to visit but not live. Outside the Asheville city limits, Yes, beautiful there. Obviously this is very subjective.
Ugh.
Thatβs a horrible failure of leadership there.
They have way too much money in that city to let that happen.
You mentioned drugs.
Homeless as well?
clt says Seattle has a sneaky bad airport.
I visited downtown Denver several times over the last year for work. Same as Seattle, homeless drug addicts everywhere. Parts of the city look like the Walking Dead TV show. Almost tripped over street sleepers walking from my hotel to the office building. Very sad but has to have some correlation with their laissez-faire attitude towards drugs.
