I was just listening to the cover 3 podcast and they said for a 5 star recruit now the going rate is 3 million over 4 years. Holy crap!!
They were talking about how Arizona States recently announced 1 million dollar NIL match fund (I don’t know what that means) isn’t gonna get them a 5 star recruit.
How much for a 2 star with some upside?? LOL

Will we know if/how much Biff may be adding to the asst coaches salaries? Wasn’t sure if that amount was private info or not. Or is he just taking less salary to allow more of the money in the pool to go to asst coaches?
We know he’s adding back in half his salary at least, so $500K.
What does this mean?
I would also like to know. 
My take away from this tweet is that he has been retained and is out recruiting for us.
I could be wrong. It has happened before.
Wouldn’t be the worst idea to keep him. Has head coaching experience and provides some continuity with the players. Curious what his role will be though if he sticks around.
It is interesting to see on the twitter account it now says “Assistant coach at Charlotte”. If I recall it was Interim HC at CLT and before that OL coach at CLT. Hope that he is retained.
Poggi retained the previous head coach at St Francis on his staff when he took over there.
I think he even paid his salary.
If so, I think it is a smart move especially for retaining current talent on the team that may have built a bond with him. Easy for a player to step away without a known face in the locker room.
