Give me one reason not to expect next year to be like if not worse than this year.
To me it depends what happens after the season. If the players stay, maybe he can price this year was an aberration. If the core transfer and we are starting over, it’s no different than starting over with a new coach
Good to see the young players get a lot of playing time. I do expect to see a couple players transfer. At the moment, I am looking forward to next year. Will also be interesting to see what seniors are staying. If Ron allows the young players to play, I am good with them being back for depth.
You demand adjustments after this year. This has to be one of the longest losing streaks in program history. This system ain’t working. Time to play conventional basketball in 2021-2021 or resign Ron.

Why did Cannon only play three minutes. Was he injured?
Rissetto certainly came down to earth with zero points and rebounds and four fouls.
On paper it looked like we played a good game. Our key players were in double figures and we only had ten turnovers.
We were done in by going down 13-0 at the start and our defense still not being up to snuff.
Cannon’s minutes should go to Threadgill or Williams. He has no future here beyond the next games it’s not as if he was averaging 15 ppg.

BTW, with the win, the women finished second place in C-USA East behind Middle Tennessee. That secured a double bye in Frisco.
Those of you praying for no transfers, I dont get it. I absolutely don’t want this same team back. I hope we get rid of whatever cancer we have, and can make a move forward. A transfer big is a must to play with Garcia. And we need someone with fire, that can shoot a decent clip.
It could be. We don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. I hope we get a transfer big. I think with more practice time and no covid crap this team does better.
So my biggest answer to your question is FANS. I think this is a different team if we have people at the games.
I hope Threadgill & Garcia hang around. I couldn’t watch the second half but we looked pretty good with them on the court together in the first. If we can keep both of them along with Young & Williams, I’m okay with the rest of the team turning over. My biggest fear is that we lose those 4 & everyone else stays. Would also like to keep Folkes & Khalifa just to see what they can do.
