Unless we land a play-immediately big, I’d think this slot (and any others that may open) would be a perfect fir for a sit 1 transfer. We already have a load of new blood coming in next year as is.
We need a big, if only to keep defenses from not being able to cover our shooters as far out. Just being a presence on defense would be an upgrade.
Any rebounding and points would be gravy. Think Thorne his sophomore year.
Agree but if we can’t land a big we like, I’m all for adding another big wing who can shoot.
All depends on how many spots become available. I think if only 1, it’d be odd to land another shooter/wing.

he seems like a solid player but if we only have one schollie, i think we will/should go after a grad transfer big or if we have a chance at a “highly ranked” player, we do that.
Only problem I see with a grad transfer is how long will it take him to adapt to Sanchez style basketball ?
i imagine sanchez will look for someone who has some experience in a similar style.
Grad transfers are older guys and should be more ready to learn collegiate schemes, transition should be easier in my opinion.
