Maybe I’m dense, but someone wanna explain to me why giant state schools can flat out buy / pay players, but this is somehow a violation?

I’m still trying to wrap my head around this.
I don’t understand why they have so much money.
Are they allowed to dun their membership when needed for this kind of thing or are they seriously taking such a big cut they have that much wiggle in the budget?

So we aren’t likely to have these guys until conference play.
The PCSA and 2022s trying to gain a 5th year are two separate things. The NCAA is still working diligently in their desire to see that the latter doesn’t happen.
