I really think this needs to be the model going forward. Share the revenue with the kids. Cut some AD spending on gold urinals and exorbitant coaching salaries and split it amongst the players. Have done what if math several times and it usually comes out to be a reasonable financial stipend of a few grand per semester per player if itās split evenly.
If we are going to have NLI in the future, it needs to be real NLI, not an enticement to play, and it will probably only apply to a very small group of superstar players. Like 1% of them.
