Yep, in spite of the outcome in OKC, that $1M investment by TTU has more than paid for itself. So much so that the Red Raiders re-newed it for another season.
If I’m not mistaken, it was always a two year commitment on TT’s end, if not on her end.

FWIW, Campbell is a fourth-generation TTU alum - a great-grandfather was a member of the schools’s first graduating class - who played football for the Red Raiders, earning both all conference and all academic honors as a four year OL letterman. So his connection to his alma mater - from which he holds three business-related degrees - is genuine.
BTW, wasn’t aware he had been in the market for a professional team.
