It all seemed so clear. Wade was on tape talking about an offer to a player to come to LSU, and when questioned he refused to talk, instead referring questions to his attorney. Now, apparently, LSU has decided that was all a misunderstanding? Maybe I need to do more research, but it all seemed so clear.
My guess is this is strictly a contractual issue in bringing him back. Sounds like all he had to do was say “I didn’t do it” and he satisfied them for now.
