Big 12 apparently ākicking the tiresā on Fresno State:
Not a bad pickup. Penetrates the California market and with P5 resources they can step to the next level.
Gives them that 4th time zone they have been wanting.
Seems strategic if it happens.
If there is any way for the B12 to grab SDSU and keep the same revenue per school that would be the power move here.
Or, or, are they waiting for the Pac12 to fall apart ?
Iām guessing the latter.
Man I would love to be a fly on the wall in the Pac12 offices right now.

A little clunky, and yes I am relying on previous discussions that Navy wants the western exposure. But not a bad league overall if it came to pass.
The only other way to do it would be to move Navy into the East and move Memphis to the West for football (stay East for BB). I wouldnāt wanna do that if I were Memphis.
Iām not buying that those schools would leave MWC for sure unless there was more money promised in the next AAC deal (which is a huge If).
What about Air Force?

You wouldnāt take an odd #.
If we took them we would need another. That would probably move Tulsa to the East for all sports or Navy to the East.
I would probably do this if we went to 18.
