[b][b]Top basketball recruits to play at Dell Curry event[/b]Two of the nation’s top 20 senior high school basketball recruits will play in the sixth annual Dell Curry/Bojangles’ Shootout at Charlotte Latin in December. Wayne Ellington, who has committed to North Carolina, and Gerald Henderson, who committed to Duke, start in the backcourt for Episcopal Academy (Pa.).
TOP AREA BOYS PROSPECTS PARTICIPATING: Doneal Mack (Statesville Christian), Joe Meeks (Norcross, Ga., Kentucky commit), Shamari Spears (formerly of Salisbury High, Boston College commit), Charles Dewhurst (Charlotte Latin, Charlotte commit); Brandis Raley (Gaston Day, South Carolina commit) and Jeremy Goode (Providence Day).
