Buzz has an open offer already for the Coastal Carolina job now but is holding out for an assistantā€™s position at a larger school. Heā€™s also interviewing at UNC Greensboro along with former UNCG coach Mike Dement.

Gillen might be required to sit out a year with his UVa buyout. Heck, heā€™s getting $2 million now from them, enjoy it!

I heard an interview with Gillen on Saturday, and he flat out said that he will not coach during the 05-06 season. he is going to try TV/radio and maybe get back into coaching in 06-07 if the situation is right.

Matt Doherty is in the running for the Stony Brook job.

Ah SUNY Stony Brook, the wannabe flagship of the SUNY system. Looks like they got their name change too like Binghamton University a decade earlier.
