ECU just went over 20,000 season tix. That’s a first for them. The season includes UNC and State. Their program has a really deep following. Their stadium is 43,000 and they will probably sell-out a majority of the games. But, I just wondering if we can average 20,000 in our first season. I hope so.

Echoing VA, I don’t think we’ll average half of that. I would shoot for 10,000 per game, but that’s a stretch. The home opener might attract well above 10,000, I don’t think the average will top that. Once the novelty of HAVING football wears off, results will become more important to most fans. In your first season, we should not expect many wins.

Party at Gill’s apartment that night!
It would be interesting to see where most of the people going to the ECU games are traveling from. Are they within one hour or are we talking a 2/3 hour radius for most of the fans to travel.
