Was just listening to Steve Vai interview again. He said the first time he heard his Roth band on the radio was when he was leaving the gym and accidentally cut someone off. The guy rolled down his window to give him the old fuck your, but all the while was bobbing his head to Elephant Gun! He was probably in NY!
I love Joe Walsh. When he talks, I kind of think he did enough drugs that he is forever loaded without needing to do anymore

You just forget how great a guitarist Gary Richrath was before the drugs got to him. I was watching this on Youtube the other day wondering who could play faster him or Alvin Lee. He was a truly spectacular musician. RIP

I think Richrath and Neal Schon both get overshadowed as players because of the pop direction MTV took their bands for popularity.
