I follow Miami because I grew up in South Florida and have always been a huge Cane fan. Of course if they ever play Charlotte, I would not be wearing green and orange, but green and gold. Shirreffs was a potential starter at the beginning of the year last year, and the quality competition down there is pretty stout. He transferred, in fact, because there is too much talent. He played the full year as the number one back up on a pretty damn good team. He never showed anything on the field, but didnāt really get a chance to. Please do not compare him to Olsen. Shirreffs has been nothing but a good kid, where as Olsen was a spoiled brat who had been in and out of jail his whole life. Also, Olsen didnāt transfer from Miami, he got kicked off of the team, just like here. I for one, am really excited, because on paper, Shirreffs is way better than anything else we have. GO NINERS!!

Iāve reAd conflicting things. Some reports say he almost beat out Malik rosier for the starting job last year. Others talk about how Miami was one of the only FBS schools to offer him. Both could be true. Kid is book smart as hell.
