All probably true, but I talked with Sorenson at a game last year and he told me that if Judy makes a change she needs to call Marshall and that he would listen. Still probably a long shot, but you hope Judy would at least call. Tom said she didn’t when we hired Major.

Call and see what it would take, then talk to the whales and see. For Gregg Marshall I’d happily double my contribution. It isn’t big money, but I’d imagine a hire like that would help conjure up more funds. Also, NCAA credits would help.

The short answer is that he wouldn’t be eligible for the waiver if he is able to suit up. It has to be season ending. Basically, the fact that he could suit up would be enough to end the hardship waiver hope.

Marshall makes seven figures and has access to private jets whenever he wants them. Unless we are planning on doing that, there’s no reason to call him.
