Watching some quality players still announcing they are entering the transfer portal, I have the feeling Biff is not finished with the '23 year.

Agreed. Biff has said on one of the interviews/podcasts that he will likely bring in another WR in the spring. We will see what happens in the spring.
Wait for after every program has their spring game.
I expect we will see movement both in and out of the program.

Not sure if we are being much more active in our recruiting or we are being made more visible in offerings to recruits, nevertheless I sure like seeing our coaching staff going after all of the quality players in '24, '25 and '26 classes.
