I feel bad to create a thread asking someone to create a thread…but… Anyone with more time than me out there? Help!
I’ve always liked and appreciated the individuals keeping us all up to date on games of interest. I thought it would be good to include bubble teams as well. So we can have a single place to get updated info on how the other results are affecting us. I know, just win and don’t worry about it but it’s an exciting time for us. Finally. Any info welcome and appreciated.
Simple- Root against these 6 teams ahead of us and 5 teams behind us in the RPI.

For resume purposes it would be nice to see Butler move back into the RPI top 25 and wish they would have beaten St. Louis last night. Richmond has an RPI of 83, Xavier at 93 and we don’t want them to slip over 100. That said, we control our own destiny. 23 wins and just one more loss from now through the first round of the A-10 tourney and I believe we dance.
Davidson is at 96, ECU-107 and Oral Roberts 111. Would be nice to see either ECU or Oral Roberts slip into the top 100.
The fact that we are 3-4 against the top 50 (and likely tourney teams) right now speaks volumes for our competitiveness and ability to compete against the best.
In conference today I’d like to see Dayton beat Mass most of all. GW losing to St. Joe’s would push us to one half game ahead of them. The rest of the games won’t matter too much either way. I’d probably take a Richmond win over Fordham and Xavier over VCU.
Yeah I don’t think Xavier will likely fall lower than 100. In fact their remaining games are VCU, Memphis, UMass, St. Louis and Butler. Win or lose those are some RPI heavy weights. Doubt they can run the table. But if they could and made a run in tourney it would be hard to argue against their case as well.
If you have a lot of time on your hands. I made it through the top 8. Shows which bracketologists have been the most accurate. #1 Washington Post is not active yet. http://bracketproject.50webs.com/rankings.html

Lunardi is not even in the top half of the pack.[/quote]
Good, but ESPN quotes him all the time all day long. I’m going to throw up if I see his pick for Temple to be in the last 4 in, again. GO NINERS! BEAT THE OWLS!
